The à la carte restaurant is spread over three cozy parlors. From noble over classic traditional to rustic, you will find the right ambience for every occasion. Of course, our hotel guests can choose their dinner from the imaginative menu. The chef will spoil you with culinary art at the highest level with front cooking on the open charcoal grill as well as with Dry-Ager, Smoker and Green Egg. Another special feature is the hotel's own herb garden, from which the fresh herbs for our dishes come. The Chef's Table as well as a small but fine outdoor seating area in front of the Stuben, round off the overall gastronomic experience.
