Sociability meets tradition
With great attention to detail and the hunting expertise of the Frey and Rhomberg families, the former Salzgeber House has now been restored as a hunting lodge. At the same time, this created an exhibition space for selected exhibits from the considerable hunting collection of Prof. Dr. Franz "Schurle" Rhomberg. This gem offers a unique ambience for convivial rounds and culinary highlights of the season. Game from the region is expertly processed, cured, and smoked in our own butchery. The ancient cellar vault also houses a schnapps cellar.
That simply suits the Montafon. The craftsmen have really done a great job here.
