The restaurant in the main building offers culinary highlights à la carte, front cooking on the open charcoal grill and a Chef’s Table. Of course, our hotel guests can choose their dinner from the imaginative menu. Newly interpreted Austrian cuisine is enjoyed by Schruns and the world in the classically sophisticated Schurle Hall, our daytime bistro bar. In the legendary guest garden with 200 seats, we serve traditional classics. Adjacent to the hunting lodge is a professional carving shop and our Teppanyaki Grill allows for a unique gastronomic experience in the small circle of the garden pavilion. In addition, a dry-ager, smoker, Green Egg and the hotel’s well-stocked herb garden are available.
