The à la carte restaurant delights with culinary highlights, treasures from the in-house wine cellar, front cooking and Chef’s Table in three cozy parlors. Our sophisticated Schurle Hall in the old post office building is run as a classic day bar with bistro service. Hearty classics and thirst quenchers are served under old chestnut trees in the legendary guest garden with 200 seats. In our cellar bar, night owls from Schruns and all over the world meet for a sophisticated aperitif, now and then also with live music. In the hunting lodge seasonal specialties are served, in the garden pavilion smaller groups enjoy delicacies from the Teppanyaki Grill.
