Facilities and décor
Rooms and tables will be arranged according to your requirements. We can also provide details of local florists or can arrange floral displays for you. Standard décor includes a vase on each table with seasonal flowers.

General information
Final Number of Guests
We kindly ask you to inform us in writing of the final number of guests at least 4 days prior to the event. This number will serve as the basis for our calculations. Special conditions may apply for larger groups.
Cake Policy
Bringing your own cakes or pastries is not permitted. Our patisserie is happy to fulfill nearly all of our guests’ wishes.
Corkage Fee
We kindly ask for your understanding that bringing beverages is generally not permitted. In exceptional cases and upon prior agreement, the following fees apply:
- Wine: €45 per 0.75 l bottle, €85 per magnum bottle
- Champagne: €70 per 0.75 l bottle, €130 per magnum bottle

Minimum Revenue Guarantee
For the exclusive use of one of our venues, the stated minimum revenue guarantee applies. This is usually based on food and beverage consumption. If this amount is not reached, the difference will be charged as a room rental fee at the end of the event.
