Dry-aged cuts from our wood-fired grill
By prior arrangement, we can light our wood-fired grill for you in advance to cook the dry-aged cut of your choice in front of you. Before you take your seat at our chef’s table, visit our dry ager in the Jagdhaus. This is where the majority of our cuts, with which our head chef Oliver Fleisch and his team like to spoil the hotel and restaurant guests of the Taube, mature.
