In the fall of 2023, after extensive renovation and new construction, the Posthotel Taube has opened as a four-star hotel with 48 rooms and suites, à la carte restaurant, daytime bistro, beer garden and wine cellar. Restaurant specialist (3 years)
You’ll learn how to serve guests, put together a tasty buffet, prepare small dishes yourself, mix cocktails, and recommend the right wine to go with your meal. You will also be trained in food study, merchandise management and cashiering.

Hotel- and restaurant specialist (4 years)
You don’t want to choose between hotel business and gastronomy? You don’t have to: As a hotel and restaurant specialist, you’ll learn a versatile job. At the reception and in the back office, you will take care of booking inquiries, offers and reservations and receive guests. In the restaurant, you will serve and advise your guests attentively and competently.

Cook (3 years)
As a cook at the Posthotel Taube, you will learn the art of high-quality processing and menu creation, learn everything about food, purchasing goods, storage and hygiene, as well as the economic calculation for the kitchen area. You’ll get a first-class, practical education that is versatile and in demand worldwide.
